Wood Group Integrity Management (WGIM) invests heavily in continuous innovation and development of tools that lead industry best practise in asset integrity management, modelling and planning. WGIM provides sophisticated tools to help our clients achieve a high level of Asset Integrity Maturity.
Asset Integrity Manager v4.1 has been released to WGIM's customers. There are new features including PDF document support, Cathodic Protection survey device data capture and graphing, and spell checking throughout the application suite in English (UK & US), Danish German, Spanish, French and Indonesian.
Rounding out the new features is improved integration of AIM with IC-Video. Users are now able to see immediately when there is video footage available for an event for easier and more detailed offline review of inspection results. What's New (A4 PDF) or (US-Letter PDF)...
Apache North Sea Limited have joined other leading oil and gas operators and chosen Asset Integrity Manager and Inspection Manager as the preferred solution for managing the anomaly and inspection data of the subsea structural and pipeline assets in the Forties Field.
Apache’s implementation included the conversion of numerous historical inspection databases dating back over 10 years. It is the intention that the AIM system will be used to manage and track anomalies, develop and plan offshore inspection workscopes and manage the resulting inspection data.
AIM’s companion product, Inspection Manager will be mobilised offshore as the online data acquisition package for future inspection campaigns, commencing with 2010 summer campaign.
AIM was installed in COPI’s offices in 2005, and contains all of the onshore and offshore pipeline risk-based inspection data for over 120 pipelines, as a result of a 2 year project awarded through competitive tender to WGIM via PT. Wood Group Indonesia.
This new project will bring together the onshore and offshore pipeline data, together with the structural asset information, into one central ‘integrity data repository’, to provide a basis for the ongoing integrity management of COPI’s onshore and offshore assets. Find out more...
