Inspection Manager (IM)

Inspection Manager (IM) is a desktop application which synchronises online inspection data capture in real-time to survey data and incoming video to provide a comprehensive record of inspection. IM has an intuitive and configurable user interface which provides high levels of productivity for inspection engineers.

IM has the unique ability to capture inspection data into a "subscriber" or offline copy of an Asset Integrity Manager (AIM) database which is then resynchronised on return from the inspection.  This provides the inspection engineering team with full access to all of the asset information, drawings, maps and historical inspection data. This degree of access enables greater productivity and better inspection outcomes.

Back office staff can continue to work with AIM on integrity management, planning and reporting while the inspection team records inspection data and makes other changes to their subscriber copy. Other products in the market do not offer synchronisation which effectively stops back office staff from working on integrity management while inspections are being carried out.

IM also integrates with WGIM's IC-Recorder for capturing of video data and with IC-Video for the publishing of inspection data and accompanying video records. Video and inspection data published using IC-Video can be used for inspection verification and compliance auditing purposes without needing extensive training or application installation.
