ConocoPhillips Indonesia - Strategic Improvement Plan
As part of their continuous Asset & Operating Integrity development program, ConocoPhillips Indonesia (COPI) have developed a Strategic Improvement Plan (SIP) to close out integrity issues identified during an audit earlier in the year.
IONIK CONSULTING, through Wood Group Indonesia, have been requested by COPI to update the procedures and documents in response to Audit findings, and close out 15 documents, within a very tight timeframe.
Scope (Dec 2009):
Reviewing and updating the following Asset Integrity Documentation:
- Above ground Storage Tank Integrity Inspection and Management Guideline
- Anomaly Deferment Procedure
- Bacteria Monitoring and Prevention Manual
- Chemical Management Strategy
- Flexible Hose Inspection Guideline
- Material Receiving QA/QC Procedure
- Testing Procedure & Certification of Pressure Safety Valve
- Emergency Repair Kit Management Manual
- Flange Integrity Management System Manual
- Inspection Management System
- Pipeline Risers Inspection Plan
- Procedure for Control & Maintenance of Rigging Lofts
- A&OI Audit Plans
Key Technical Issues:
- Tight project timeframe
- Involvement of many COPI departments.
