OBJECTIVE: CLEAN UP KINGS PARK!

On a beautiful, fresh, and sunny Perth morning, 16 volunteers from the above Wood Group companies, all joined in to do their bit to help clean up one of Perth's most stunning landmarks - Kings Park.
Kings Park and Botanic Garden overlooks the Swan River and Darling Range and showcases an outstanding collection of Western Australia flora and fauna. It is a popular place for picnics, walks, cultural and ceremonial events and is only 1.5km from the Central Business District of Perth.
Armed with gloves and large garbage bags (which were provided by the Clean Up Australia Council), we all set off in search of the dreaded rubbish which unfortunately gets left or discarded throughout the Park on a daily basis.
After collecting as much as we could (we were surprised by exactly how much there was..) we all gathered for a delicious bbq breakfast of sausages, eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms... enough said!!!
So well done to all who participated, and let's "Keep Australia Beautiful"!!!
