At WGIM, we offer software support, software maintenance agreements and software deployment services for our Nexus-IC, Asset Integrity Manager, Inspection Manager and other IC software products.

Software Deployment Services

We also provide comprehensive implementation and ongoing support services, so our clients can gain maximum advantage from our leading-edge software. This includes data migration, collation and input, training, risk modelling, report configuration and system rollout support. Services can be provided either on-site or remotely as appropriate.

Telephone support is also available, but only during office hours in our Aberdeen (UK) and Perth (Australia) offices. Both offices are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, in their respective time zones. Due to the overlap in time zones, support is available between the hours of 12:00am and 5:00pm GMT - see above clocks for the current local office times.

Software Maintenance Agreement Entitlements

Maintenance and support agreements are an optional annual plan and can include but are not limited to the following options:

 

  • New releases of software (includes new functionality and bug fixes)
  • 24 hour telephone and email support when WGIM is formally notified of any offshore job commencement and conclusion
  • Outside of these occasions, email and telephone support is provided
