From risk based inspections to corrosion monitoring

Today, material costs and delivery schedules are increasingly significant. That's why, at WGIM, we focus our engineering expertise squarely on ensuring that all your assets meet design life requirements, which directly improves safety and reduces the likelihood of failure in service.

Risk based inspections (RBI)

We believe that ongoing assessment, monitoring and inspection are an integral part of any asset integrity assurance system. For us, inspection and monitoring strategies and requirements should therefore cover the whole lifecycle.

By assessing each and every material to establish its condition and fitness-for-purpose, our engineers are able to evaluate continued operation for a product's design life, whilst simultaneously ensuring compliance with all risk, safety and environmental regulations and standards.

Corrosion monitoring: A key factor

Our highly qualified corrosion and materials engineers have developed and implemented many corrosion mitigation, monitoring and management strategies. These solutions not only improve safety, but also reduce capital and production expenditure and mitigate potentially adverse environmental impacts.
